    Return & Exchange Window

    You may request a return or exchange within 5 business days from the date of delivery.

    To be eligible, the product must:

    • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

    • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact

    • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

    How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • Email us at bhakti.raass@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

    • Mention your Order ID, reason for return or exchange, and if possible, include a clear photo of the item.

    • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

    Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • In case of damage or defect, please notify us immediately upon receipt with photographic proof.

    Non-returnable Items

    For hygiene and spiritual sanctity, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Opened or used products

    • Items marked as final sale

    • Prasadam or food-related items

    Refunds

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

    • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    • We allow exchanges for size issues or incorrect items, subject to availability.

    • In case the desired item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

    As many of our items are spiritually inclined and may be offered to the Lord, we request you to kindly ensure mindful purchases. Once a product has been offered or sanctified, it cannot be returned out of respect for its devotional significance.
