Refund Policy

We strive to deliver joy through every Bhakti Raas order.

Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed/shipped.

• After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds:

• Refunds are only processed in case of:

  • Damaged or defective items (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

  • Wrong product delivered

Please email connect@bhaktiraas.co.in with your order ID and a photo of the item.

Non-refundable:

• Satvik food items (due to hygiene)

• Used products

• Gift cards or digital items

Refunds (if approved) will be credited back to your source account within 7 working days.
